Re: Plotholes of GT. What exactly are they?
He wasn't stuck as a child. Yes, he was, at least in Hell. If I remember right, it was explained by Bulma at some point in the series (I believe episode 55) that in order for Goku to transform to and maintain SSJ4, a full planet needed to be in orbit. This is why he was willing to teleport Baby-Veg...

Re: Plotholes of GT. What exactly are they?
K- Z showed that Gokû *can* teleport in and out of the afterlife. He did so in canon to Kaiô's planet, and in filler he teleported in and out of Hell itself. So why didn't he just teleport himself out of Hell after Gero and Mu locked him there? On that note, why didn't Cell do that after he died? I...

Re: A Fan Who's Lost
I got FUNi's DBZ Kai Volume 1, standard DVD, yesterday at Walmart. Must say, for some reason, I like the dub better than when first watching the original airings of the Japanese version. That probably has a lot to do with how much more strikingly accurate Kai's dub is, far better than any of the pri...

Re: Splicing the Orange Brick dub track onto the Dragon Boxes?
You'd really be better off using the "broadcast dub" from FUNi's original single DVDs, even though they're all hard to find and out of print, they don't contain alterations to certain music cues or pieces of dialogue here and there. I only suggest that since you seem to be nit-picky in wan...

Dang Bura! You don't look half-bad~ And I of course mean your Bulma and Bra cosplays! Not that your Trunks doesn't look great as well, yeah... Embarrassed myself enough! Though I've strived for years to cosplay, I don't have any pics, so you guys will just have to setle with me cosplaying ...

I believe it was shown at one point in the movie as part of a "Chatku vision", except much more sped up. I didn't catch it on first viewing either.

Re: Has Dragon Ball ever made you do anything silly?
I got married. He wins. Damn right. Let's see. I made a mushy Gohan/Videl DBZ AMV that got over 125,000 views on YouTube, I guess that mere concept in itself is more silly than the fact I used VHS-quality footage to make it. When I think of something else, I'll let yas know. I've also put together ...

Re: DBZU and DBZU2 seems to be officially gone now.
I haven't watched their dubbed eps for the re-re-dub (how many times have the dubbed first 3 seasons anyway? 2 or 3?) but they sound much better than Funimation's earlier work. Well, following the Ocean dub, FUNi only "redubbed" it in-house once. I think the Dub w/t JP music track had one...

Re: DBZU and DBZU2 seems to be officially gone now.
Look, a guy being smashed into a rock wall repeatedly or burned by a ki blast wouldn't scream, "Darn!" I think the least they can do is give us a "damn"! Nobody anywhere even says "darn" anymore. I haven't heard "darn" regularly since I was in fourth grade. I...

Re: DBZU and DBZU2 seems to be officially gone now.
Are you talking about "hell" or another word? Because "hell" isn't really a curse word, I don't think. Nor is "butt", yet FUNi continually edited out that in the aired/edit-VHS version. When in the last decade did the word butt become inappropriate? I remember Nickelod...

I sure did. It's about time something good, or at least interesting, came out of Final Frontier . Hey, it wasn't that bad! ...Okay, the whole plot with "God"-wannabe and Spock's 'not-quite-evil' brother sucked balls. Still, I did enjoy the interactions between the core characters. ...

Re: People who weren't wished back to life by the Dragon Balls
Was planet Vegeta brought back to life? I ask as the Namek was said to have none of the restrictions earth's does. So was planet Vegeta brought back to life by wishing everyone killed by frieza back to life? In GT, it was. It wasn't brought back when all those killed by Freeza & minions were re...

Re: People who weren't wished back to life by the Dragon Balls
There's also the people in East City whom Nappa killed and apparently the offscreen alien races Kid Buu annihilated while searching for Goku and Vegeta, as their planets weren't brought back and I doubt Porunga would revive them in the vacuum of space.

Re: Which video game had the best story mode?
In my honest opinion, Budokai 3 Greatest Hits, without a doubt. Had Infinite World at least put some dialogue exchanges in its non--cut-scene battles, maybe some Narrator exposition too, I would've said that; while it doesn't have the same replay value as Budokai 3, really liked its cut-scenes and m...

Really enjoyed it! Masako was fantastic, as was yourself Azure and the other VAs in this. You guys did a fantastic job IMHO at adapting the original story, while staying very accurate, for such a radio-like format. Many props!
