In issues 4 and 7, I not only received advertisments for DragonBall figures, bags and flip-flops (wtf) but also, instead of the usual slip that covers the bottom of the cover (which is on all my kanzenbans 1-3, 5-6 and 13,14,22 and 34) there is a white slip adv...

It's really hard to find Dragonball over here in the UK. I dont think so. Amazon.co.uk and Yesasia.com import plenty of US and Japanese DragonBall products for good prices, and manga wise there isnt anything that needs importing (if you want Viz).
