Re: What are your top 10 favorite DB films, TV specials and OVAs?
I'm the only one in this whole thread with Movie 7- Android 13 in the Top Ten. I can understand why it's no one else's no1 but I wouldve thought it would pop up in at least one persons list! Shame!

He definitely is among the hardcover fan base like this board. To many he is considered the best villain! Would anyone else throw Pilaf and Baby in the conversation?

Re: Who are the top 5 most important characters in DB-DBZ-DBS?
DB: Son Gokou, Bulma, Muten Roshi, Kurilin, Pilaf Goku is the protagonist. Buluma is why it starts. Roshi is the crux of martial arts. Kurilin is the lead supporting character. Pilaf is a villain who reoccurs more than once. Z: Son Gokou, Son Gohan, Vegeta, Mr Satan, Trunks Goku is the protagonist. ...

Instead of Arcs or Sagas, why not Timejumps?
Arc division has always been a huge part of the DB fandom. Everyone has their own preferences. Which isnt a bad thing and contributes a lot of engrossing discussion. Anyway, I was thinking, wouldn't a better way be by timeskips? Dragon Ball is sort of unique in a long running media franchise in that...

Re: Best VIZ release of the Manga?
I think vols 1 and 9 are the only ones with any major censorship. Correct me if I'm wrong. The red tankobon with the old, non-square, viz logo is the way to go for those. For the rest VizBigs

Re: Does Dragon Ball have the largest, least toxic, fandom in existence of fictional franchises?
And what the hell are people arguing about Sonic for? What is there to argue beyond maybe what's the best game? A lot of the same stuff that gets argued about here. Character designs, voice actors, scripting, shipping, etc. Also, "what's the best game?" results in much less civil discussi...

Not sure why "has to land a punch on Freeza, Cell, or Boo" is the gospel parameter for this definition. Does Yajirobee count for helping defeat Vegeta?

In the Sonic community I've taken a lot of heat for defending the old 90s Archie comics and characters. These new kids grew up on the Ian Flynn Era and think anything Ken Penders should be burnt at the stake

Re: Will DB/Z/GT Ever Get a Proper Release?
Hang on, help me out a sec here. For DB, you want Season 1 blue box, and Saga Sets for Red Ribbon up. For GT, you want the singles, preferably the slipcases but the Lost Episodes box is hard to find. Got all that. So. For Z, if you can't afford the Dragon Box. Are the Orange Bricks the next best thi...

Re: Who Should Return Or Be Canonized Next?
Top 5 Should Be Canonised: 1. Baby. The 3rd best major villain in the whole series. Very creepy, very unique design, very powerful. High potential with the body snatching. 2. Tapion. His design is just too cool. The mohawk, the flute... Need more guys with a sword too. Optional to throw in the other...

Re: Members of the Goku Alliance (or “Z Fighters”, if you want to call them that)
"Goku alliance" in DB consisted of Goku, Kinto'un, Bluma, Kurilin, Yamucha, Pu'erh, and Oolong. Affiliate/associate members included Muten Roshi, Umigame, Tenshinhan, Chaozu, Yajirobee, Karin, Upa, and Grandpa Gohan. Other allies include Uranai Baba, Gyuu-mao, Chi Chi, Kami, Popo, Bora, 8,...

Re: Does Dragon Ball have the largest, least toxic, fandom in existence of fictional franchises?
I would say it is quite toxic for the GT meme-hate alone. Constant bickering about canon and sperging out about power levels. Definitely not as bad as Sonic the Hedgehog and Star Wars like the other guy said. This board is great especially compared to reddit or youtube. But even here you have a lot ...

Honestly after reading that... give me any 11-16 chapter run from 1 to about 380 and I'll be happy. Also makes me really wish we got the movies and GT in Manga form.

I loved the Toyotaro sketch of Oob and King Chapa so I'd be thrilled to see them. As to who should be canonised.... Baby.
