Maybe forgettable to you, but I remember that theme quite well. It also played during one of Freeza's transformations. Most of Faulconer's stuff is forgettable. Not really. I never had a problem with Z's pacing and I still prefer Freeza and Bulma's original dub voices easily over their kai ones. Rest of the new dub is pretty good tho.
