The one guy I would like to see be an unlockable character out of the secret (yet to be known) characters is Garlic Jr. I don't see why they didn't ever put him in the Budokai games. He is in the TV series, but they rather put more movie characters. I've been waiting to see him since Budokai 2. Bud...

I'm also jumping for joy over confirmation of Japanese VAs for the US version :D .

I see the removal of IGTs as no big deal. I'm rather annoyed that people are still whining about it.

I personally think BT will be better simpily because BT looks like it'll be more fun and better capture the feel of the series than any of the Budokai games did. Who cares if you can't pull off loads of combos or if the capsule count is lower? As long as the game is enjoyable and challenging does it...

I agree that with or without them the game looks like it'll be the best PS2 DBZ game. But I felt IGT reflected the anime battles better than starting in a powered up form. Most of the times the characters began a fight in their base form before powering up, just like in DBZB1 - 3. But still, no poi...

Well with the sings pointing against IGTs pilling up more and more it's kinda futile to say "it's still speculation" at this point.

http://www.gameinformer.com/News/Story/200508/N05.0815.1814.36899.htm Looks like the US version may be getting the Japanese voices! and The characters look great, especially when you switch back and forth between their many different ki forms That could mean switching between different forms at the...

There is no evidence that points to anything. All we've seen are screen shots, and some media about it, that doesn't say anything for the game than what you outwardly see. If you want me to believe the signs that point, than you will definitely have to show me some unrefutable evidence that says &q...

I'm glad there aren't any in game transformations. It's too early to say that, Demi. It still remains to be seen whether transformations will be in or out, on one scale or another. Talking as if it's a proven fact that they aren't in at all (despite screen shots showing that they are in the game, b...

And also, if there's no IGTs then Super Buu will finally loose that lousy absorption ultimate and may finally get the Genocide attack. Which would be a more fitting ultimate for him to me.

No, the loss probably wouldn't ruin it, as long as Spike was capable of making a ballanced fighting system. But it would be a bad move; transformations are synonymous with DragonBall Z these days, and the loss would likely hit Atari hard, if the game couldn't compensate for their loss. The In-game ...

Here I go again. No IGTs will NOT ruin this game, or make it "suck", nor will it be a "bad move". The IGTs were never anything special to begin with and never made or broke the Budokai games. They mostly just made the games more flashy. Most people have just been spoiled by the B...

I think it's insulting to even reffer to Dragonball as a "beginner anime", let alone as "not a true anime". Anime is anime damn it. Just because it's insanely popular or isn't as dark, angusty, realistic, or complex as Evangelon or Cowboy Bebop dosen't make it any less of an anim...

I don't care what they changed the food item too as long as the line remained the same, which it did.

Well I was surprised when Chris Sabat pronounced Kaioken correctly, marking the first time since the Pioneer movie dubs that the attack was said the right way. I admit, I gained a bit (key word being bit) of respect for Mr.Sabat after that line, even if it wasen't intentional.

I don't know where it is. I don't know the music myself. I'm just repeating what I've heard. There was no American BMG. Someone said it was music from Budokai 1. I'm not sure of where it's from but I've listened to the sound numerous times and I'm sure there's no American theme in there (thank God).

I've heard it's from Budokai 1.

Someone on Gamefaqs even said it was the American DBZ theme. When he said that I got worried but I don't think it's in there.

Re: Buu?

I just noticed something, when we first saw Buu, he was cute, hilarious and sometimes serious (just like how Dragonball started). Towards the end, though, he was very serious and a little comical at times (like how Dragonball(in the anime world, Dragonball Z) was from the Raditz fight on) (Son Goku...
