It ain't Dragon Ball, but that's definitely from Toriyama. I've found virtually zero info on it, unfortunately.

It's kinda obvious from the very beginning that this is either false information or something else that's been misinterpreted as Toriyama getting back into the manga. We've seen zero sources from Japan. Why would we suddenly go back to "my friend's cousin's uncle's neighbor" style of rumors?

I mean, I can understand a Brooklyn accent or a southern/Texan accent. But for the life of me, I didn't think we had a universal American accent. Is that similar to speaking American?

The character unlocks seem to happen depending on who you play through with first. I haven't done Vegeta's yet and I've got Tarble unlocked.
