Roster will likely be 20 maximum fighters, that's how normal fighting games go for their first iteration (most have between 15 and 20 nowadays). The multiple forms per character that we're used to in DBZ games likely won't exist, so wee may get SSJ Goku that turns to SSJ3 Goku, but we won't get SSJ2...
