For a start, I'd say go with using Frontpage instead (I find it way easier to use and it has better functions), secondly you need a layout (you could get a pre-made one here or make one yourself with a design program, I would reccomend Photoshop for this). Piccolo can regenerate. It uses a lot of his ki but he can do it.
Dende on the other hand can heal others (can he heal himself?) which is one of the main reasons he wasnt left back on Namek when Toriyama was thinking of some good plot twists...

My opinion has always been that the highlight of Saiyan nature is to always strive to be stronger, to push the limits of their strength and have the ability to do so with their rapidly increasing battle strength (just get beat to within an inch of your life and you're sorted...:P).
