I think Akkuman even made a brief anime appearance raising his arm when Goku was collecting energy for his Genki Dama for use against Buu.

Now I know that many, if not all, Wii games are widescreen, but I really hope they add widescreen display as an option for the PS2 version too.

If this is the kanzenban (or at least close enough to it) with the color pages, new ending and other little things, I will totally re-buy the whole series and place it on the shelf next to the initial release.

Actually the newest one is version 3.8, Swap Magic: Coder. It works the same except it allows you to use Action Replay codes as well.

What's the deal with the two base Gokus? Is one just pre-Freeza and the other post-Freeza with different move sets?

I saw the set at Best Buy today and really considered getting it just to grab those last few episodes. That is, until I looked to the left and saw that they had put out the Naruto Uncut Box Set #3 a few days early so I grabbed that instead. Less episodes, more money, yet somehow it's just worth it. :D

Budokai Tenkaichi 3 announced

Still disappointing but I'll probably buy it just to get those last episodes in Japanese. After that I'm sticking with my complete collection of the single discs. If only they were 4:3

I wouldn't mind seeing another Sparking/Budokai Tenkaichi game if it were to be on a next-gen console (yes, I know 2 was on the Wii). Imagine the game on PS3 or Xbox360, it could have even more characters, GIAGANTIC fighting areas, and even better looking special attacks. Dare I say, Budokai 1 style...

The Playstation site has a page for checking for PS3 backwards compatibility problems. I typed in "Dragonball" and Sagas was the only game that has any problem listed. but it said this: "On the DragonBall Z: Sagas Titles screen, the screen jitters up and down from the normal centered ...

My guess is that it'll be the full screen ultimate uncut version, since it's the "TV Broadcast" version.
