The suggestion that Tenshinhan's reflexes are comparable to Goku's based on dodging an attack that wasn't even aimed at him...but regardless "the aiming part" Tenshinhan still was in the way which means he was forced to dodge by himself.

Maybe RB3 can give every character a What If story mode like they did with the first SW game. They need to be very creative though with characters like Omega or SSj4 Gogeta though.
