Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #60]
I think Tate is due around here anyway considering Shimakuni is doing 61, since Vegeta is gonna do something (it sounds like) in episode 63 I'd wager Tate will be in that. Yeah, 62 or 63 is when Tate is next due by Super's usual rotation time, but that's kinda gone out of the window with Tate over ...

A little late, but here's my Goku Black for the Twitter thing you're doing.
http://i.imgur.com/ABH1pkt.jpg
You have permission to share if you wish, as I'm not on Twitter. I'll share it for you! I'll also add it to the Imgur album I made which features all of the art collected ...

Re: Fan Works Explosion
Sorry for the size of this, but I decided to go ahead and throw this together. Here's the art over on Twitter for week 1 of #DrawDBWeekly (so far)! I didn't post all of them because a few posted their own here already (like Ajay and nite_jay ). I'll add more if some come in later today or tomorrow! ...

I don't have a Twitter account, but here's a little sketch I made for the occasion, just for fun:
https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/67/92/b7/6792b75901ca1c65ad5c38de19e4301a.jpg
I was actually inspired by this guy's work to make this. The first day of #DrawDBWeekly over on Twitter was awesome and I'm happy with all of the submissions! Thanks to everyone who participated. Again, if you have a Twitter, feel free to join in using the hashtag if you want. I retweet all of the ones I see. You can still get in on drawing Goku Black the...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #58]
Interesting listen. I agree 5 gets a bad reputation when it doesn't deserve too. Part B in that episode was fine. On the flipside something like Yamamuro's polish in 39 makes everyone forget about the mediocre that came before and follows, like immediately after Goku goes KK and starts punching Hit...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #58]
To sort of bring things back on topic here, Ajay and I made a video together talking about the animation in the Battle of Gods arc. It's a long one, but might be interesting! We basically went episode by episode and talked a bit about who worked on what, standout moments, things like that.

Yup! Well... depending on which Trunks you're talking about. I'm gonna assume you meant Future Trunks.

Re: Favorite episodes of Super so far?
My favorites thus far include episodes 11, 16, 38, 43, 47, 56, and 57. Episode 11 was the first episode where almost everything seemed to hit the mark. It was full of memorable action and twists. Despite not animating for the episode, Shida did deliver some awesome storyboards! King Ryu did his thin...

Re: Dragon Ball 3-in-1 Guide Thread *FINAL VOLUME*
It's only fitting that this release ends on this note, isn't it? Thanks for this thread, eledoremassis02! Such a shame that Viz all but stopped trying near the end, but what can you do?

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #57]
Excuse me, fellas, do we have around here some "notable cuts" by Higashide? I only found one in the main page of the Catalogue. I would like to see more of his work, you know, considering he's a robot or an alien. Thank you. Well his two most notable cuts so far are his Trunks vs Black cu...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #57]
I think Shida's cut is probably the best in Super, honestly I like it more than his BoG cut even. It definitely has the advantage of not being supervised by Yamamuro, so Shida's style was able to shine through more. Modern day Shida's Dragon Ball drawings are among my favorite! Wait, all this bring...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #57]
Little weird to see that Yashima apparently popped up in this episode. I'm pretty sure he did the bit with Yajirobe dragging Goku and Trunks away from the battle:
http://i.imgur.com/8MnMT3n.jpg
Okay yeah, that definitely looks like him haha. Seems to be the way he's taken to dr...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #57]
That was a pretty big triumph for Super. Part A was absolutely insane! Shida absolutely delivered, Karasawa continues to impress, and I really need to know who built Higashide and on what planet. Little weird to see that Yashima apparently popped up in this episode, would probably explain why 58 doe...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue - [Updated with #56]
Why did Iseki only supervised one episode and left? Do you think something happened behind the scenes, because he didn't want to follow Yamamuro character designs?! I remember that months ago two animators criticized Yamamuro style on twitter, but I can't remember their names. Iseki doesn't really ...

Do we know who drew this ?
https://i.gyazo.com/0de1cdbecb8738f1c82effdda618c982.jpg
And no hair shading = win. Lately, Goku has rarely looked this good outside of Toriyama's own faces =( . I think that's Inaba Jin. He's pretty solid, I wonder if he'll show up again sometime now...
