How did you decide your user name?
The Ringworm part comes from a insult/nickname my brother used to give to me as a little kid which eventually just became my nickname. the One Twenty Eight/ Hundred Twenty Eight part comes from this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5uCnbDr ... st_related
Re: How did you decide your user name?
My user name is from the character Godo Shingo from Osamu Tezuka's Hino No Tori 2772 - Ai No Kozumozon (Space Firebird in the States). It's been one of my favorite movies since I was a 4 years old until now, and without it I wouldn't be into anime and manga at all.
Re: How did you decide your user name?
I needed a username, so I thought "I hate GT(for no apparent reason), so maybe I can base my username on that!"
It ended up being dbgtFO or "dragon ball gt Fuck Off."
Nowadays I can't say, I agree with that thought.

Re: How did you decide your user name?
My favourite character is Piccolo, which I felt sounded bland as a username, and I think it was taken anyway. So I just made it into "Piccolo Daimao", who is Piccolo, and that's how I got my username.

A long time ago I came across the name "Gonstead" from a few youtube videos about this chiropractor person.
I actually liked the name and began using it after trying to think of a good name for my Steam ID. Soon after, it was either Gonstead or another name I had from long ago that I would use when signing up to a forum.

If something is truly perfect, that's IT! The bottom line becomes there is no room for imagination! No space for intelligence or ability or improvement! Do you understand? To men of science like us, perfection is a dead end, a condition of hopelessness. Always strive to be better than anything that came before you but not perfect! Scientist's agonize over the attempt to achieve perfection! That's the kind of creatures we are! We take joy in trying to exceed our grasp, in trying to reach for something that in the end, we have to admit may in fact be unreachable!"

The first part "SHINOBI" comes from my childhood interest, which is ninjas (Manga Sarutobi Sasuke, Iga No Kabamaru, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc.). The 03 part comes from the year 2003 when I first signed in to a message board for the first time ever. This is my default username for almost everywhere online.

I was a Yuugiou fan in middle school and my favorite card was the Black Magician. My favorite design was Mutou Yuugi's version.

I call myself Hellspawn28 because I'm a big fan of the Spawn comics (Pretty much Todd McFarlane in general) and loved the Hellspawn comic book run from Brian Michael Bendis and Ashley Wood. The number 28 was added because it sound cool. This has been my default username for almost every web site that I join on (Toho Kingdom, AVPGalaxy and Narutofan). I started go by Hellspawn28 when I join the IMDB forums back in 2007. I used to go by Ratchetcomand years ago on the old Gamefaqs and Gamespot forums.

Pun on "Triple H" (pro wrestler) plus "Rachel" (my name).
I came up with it in a wrestling chat room in early 2000. It made plenty of sense there, and at the time I was a big fan of his. I actually haven't liked him since I think 2002, at which point I tried to switch back to my older internet handle (Magikarp46). But by then TripleRach had already become my primary internet handle, so I've mostly stuck with it for the sake of consistency and identity. And Magikarp46 inadvertently ended up being used as a "name" for my website and stuff related to it.

Oh that's cool. HHH was my favorite wrestler for a while too. During that time period in fact. I liked that whole HHH and McMahon storyline they had going but wrestling is not as epic as it used to be.TripleRach wrote:Pun on "Triple H" (pro wrestler) plus "Rachel" (my name).

This was my first ever username on anything. Used to be a huge Pokemon fan a while back, not so much anymore.

Well I'm obsessed with the Dragon Ball movies, and I really wanted a domestic release of 'Dragon Box: Zaaaa Movies', so yeah... Pretty stupid user name now that I look at it. If I could change it to some like 'Madfan', a play on 'Madman' the distributor of Dragon Ball stuff in NZ.

jpdbzrulz4sure = the Japanese version of Dragon Ball Z rules for sure.
At the time I made it up, I was in a major Japanese DBZ fanatic phase. I originally made it up to use as my username on YouTube, but somehow, some way, it pretty much became my de facto internet name.
The only place on the internet I don't use it is XBOX Live, as someone else is apparently using it there, so I instead use Joey G 61388 (my first name, last initial, and birthdate).

I used "Fiddlesticks" as part of the name of a blog for a college class, and thought it was funny. Blazing was an over-the-top adjective go with it. I think Penguin Truth's name was the thing that pushed me to go with it. In hindsight, it sounds like a shonen violin player.

"dragondyle" comes from a username my mom gave me to use on Nick.com back in the late 90's. Years pass and it's still a username I use.

As for my name, I threw a bunch of random numbers and letters into a hat and this is what I pulled out.

It's one of the many names of a type of substance that supposedly appears after meteor showers.
It’s mentioned in a fair number of stories and poems.
I just thought it was a fairly unique handle. I'm a big fan of myths, nature and space so it works perfectly for me.
