They don't have to require the Time Kaioshin to recruit him. They could also just use the Xeno label without the character being a Time Patroller, similar to how they used it for Dabra and the Dark Dragon Ball infested bad guys. It could just be an "unknown" Piccolo that happened to get wrapped up in Fu's history distorting Prison Planet(s) plot.

Good point, you’re correct about that just because a character is a xeno character doesn’t mean they’re a Time patroller :PP brain fart on my end

I never come here to post what Japanese people are saying, but considering I have been noticing they are always guessing right future characters and the SECs lately... This time I'll do it:

People on Twitter are talking about Xeno Piccolo. Which, if turned out to be true, means awesome news. Finally Piccolo will get some love and probably even a transformation, which is something he utterly needs. There is a video about it from one of the people commenting about it. All we can do now is to hope that it is true. Oh, keep in mind that the his comment dates to April 1st, so it may be a joke in the worst case.

And so it seems I'll have to wait more for the moment Piccolo will get his moment to shine. At least this somewhat and somehow proves that if Piccolo was used as a joke, then it only means they are also expecting Dimps (and the main series) to use him properly.

There have been plenty of hints prior, but the Official Dragon Ball Site posted the content rundown for this month's Saikyo Jump. To the surprise of no one, it announces the SDBH Dark Demon Realm Mission manga's replacement as SDBH Universe Mission. Same author and all that, just a (kinda pointless) title change.

The first chapter of Prison Planet is amazing and i’d Say better than most of the DDR material, and this is just the first chapter I’ve had so much fun reading it!

Xeno Piccolo needs to happen, big time. Hell, I wouldn't mind a Xeno 17, 18 and 21 for that matter.

Well, if we're on the topic of what Xeno characters we'd like to see Heroes make, I'd love to see them complete the "Z Fighter" crew, which would mean Xeno Piccolo, Xeno Tien, Xeno Krillin and Xeno Yamcha. If they dare, they could also pull out an aged up Xeno Pan, which I kinda want to attempt to draw now that I'm thinking about it, though that one is very unlikely.
In any case, if some actual evidence for this Xeno Piccolo business pops up and it's not just an April Fools thing, please post it, as it'd be great news.

Hey I was looking through the DBH site and I found this "True Hildegan arc", does anyone know what is it about? Does it have original content or is it just like the Piccolo Daimao arc and all the not-original game arcs?

From what I remember, that's just their way of naming his transformation (True Hirudegarn/True Form). It basically followed the rough plot of the movie, I think.
