So what's the name of the form?

I'm assuming you're looking for the text 制御不能なサイヤ人 (Seigyo Funōna Saiya-jin), or "Uncontrollable Saiyan".

I can't really speak to Dragon Ball Heroes cards and what's meant to be a label for what at what point in time in relation to what gameplay modes and special techniques, though.

I think the form name is usually on the top right below the name.

But it just says 通常 -> 暴走 (normal -> out of control/runaway/berserker). I wonder why they don't say the form name already.

Heroes doesn't bother to give a name because hopefully we won't have to see it anymore? Maybe it won't be a major plot point and it'll vanish once Kale master her power and that other transformation she has. Who knows.

What increase does Kale get from the transformation compared to the other Saiyan transformations? I don't care if video-game battle powers don't matter BTW, I'm just curious. And it's not the same form as Broli's Legendary Super Saiyan in the game, right?

SS = +2000
Power Stressed (SSG2/3) = +2500
SS2 = +3000
SS3 = +4000
"Saiyan Beyond God" = +6000
SS4 = +7000
SSG = +8000
SSGSS = +9000

Broli's forms:
Base -> LSS = card power x2
SS -> LSS = card power x2
SS -> SS3 = +4000
SS -> LSS OR SS3 = card power x2 OR x3
SS -> SS3 OR SS4 = +4000 OR +7000
LSS -> SS3 = +4000
LSS -> SS3 -> SS4 = +3000 -> +7000
SS3 -> SS4 = +5000

I posted it in my set review in the previous page but basically, Power stat increased by 3x as well as the ability to always launch her Super Attack no matter how much Energy you have. But on the contrary, she cannot participate in a coordinated attack. So overall an extremely powerful boost.

That's not actually a name, more like a generic thing (or a "denomination/category" maybe? As it is used for Xeno Turles' new form and Mira without the armor). "Super Saiyan Rage" is a legit name, as it was used just for one thing and remained like that.

The same name is used for Kale's form in Dokkan Battle. Kale (Berserk). Curiously she doesn't have Super Saiyan in her name or links.

Man, this is like Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan all over again, except the opposite problem. Instead of having a very long, specific name, we now have a very short, vague name.

Considering how Caulifla called Kale's "normal" SSJ form an "ultra super power", I'd have to go with a gut feeling they'll eventually name the normal and buff forms Ultra Saiyan and Berserker Ultra Saiyan, just like how SSGSS is currently Super Saiyan Blue.

Dont see anyone getting Blue and stepping on Super's toes while it's still running.

I'm hoping Paragus pulls out Super Saiyan 3, along with Tarble.
King Vegeta and Bardock could both be super saiyan 4's

or Xeno Trunks and Goten both get SS4 and fuse into SS4 Gotenks Xeno

Yes, but the anime called them that. The anime has never called berserker ssj green.
