EDIT: I'll explain why I like them.
When I was young I always liked Vegeta because he was a Prince, but when I played Dragon Ball Tenkaichi 2 I saw Broly & tbh I didn't really like him or care about him at first but then my cousin said "you don't know him? he is the legendary super saiyan!" I was like "wait... what? another Saiyan besides Vegeta and Goku? why have I never seen him??" he replied "because he only appears in 3 DBZ movies." so he got my attention. I started doing some research about him but we didn't have much info about Broly before, but i've found some old picture where we see him in his base form and I started to like him and wanted to know more about him. I watched the second Broly movie and he looked so mysterious I didn't understand why he was so violent towards everyone so I kept doing my research and i've found a site in french where they explained Broly's story and I started to like him even more and was so excited to watch the other movies. And unfortunately i couldn't find the first movie on the internet, so i was just watching some AMVs 'till I find a site to watch the first movie... I even wanted to buy the first movie so I could finally watch it but never found a place to buy it at that time... heeeh, what a pain.
Now Kefla. I liked Kale when I first saw her, I thought she would act just like Broly (in his base form), but nope, she is completely different, its not a bad thing but I only liked Kale because she reminded me of Broly so when I saw her personality i was like "heeeh... nope, not my thing, not broly." so I was like w/e, not interested in her but I still like her. I also like Caulifla's design, her personality is ayt even though I don't really like it, but she is ayt. So Kefla... her design looked weird at first but she reminded me of Kale (design wise), a little bit of Broly (with her green hair), with Caulifla's personality... we can say its a perfect mix of Caulifla/Kale/Broly so I ended up liking her. haha
