I have 3 guesses for 45:

-Vegeta has Mr. Popo make a fake Vegeta for him to train against like Gokû had in that one filler DB ep.

-Bulma makes a fake Vegeta because the real one is spending all his time with Gokû.

-Copy-Vegeta is Uni 6 Vegeta and the characters are calling him that until they ask him who he is.

We had that one as well. I pointed out that they mistook Champa as being from Universe 7.

Didn't the episode said "some time passed"? I might be wrong. Battle of Gods was four years after the Boo Arc.

Episode 1 makes a lot of sense now, Episode 2 makes more sense than it did too. Only thing messed up now is pan's age.
