Julian translated them properly on Twitter:

#42 (08 May): "An uproar at the victory celebration! Facing off at last?! Monaka vs. Son Goku".

Goku and the other members of Universe 7's team have safely notched their victory [against Universe 6]. But their victory celebrations are short-lived, as the Zen'ō ("Lord of everything"), the individual(s) standing at the pinnacle of the 12 universes, appear(s) before them! And so the tale takes an unexpected turn.

Tagline at the top says, "Zen'ō, Lord(s) of the 12 universes, make(s) a surprising suggestion!"

The translation and the scan accompanying it is up. We are only shown 2 individuals and the text itself doesn't specify anything about there only being 2, so you can speculate away, but no one can confirm or deny it at this point.

I gotta admit those two looks incredibly lame to be the Lord of the Multiverse.But i guess that's what you expect from Toriyama,but its getting way too predictable.

Could this mean we will see Beerus humble for once? Omg the possibilities! Not really feeling the designs, but I think they will look better in the show. The U6 fighters had some pretty shitty character sheets in one of those magazines, but in the manga/anime they looked much better. I really wonder what the Zeno's suggestion is going to be. Man... the story keeps getting more and more interesting.

The only new character with a bodybuilder-like physique is Hit.Cabba,Beerus,Whis,Monaka etc are skinny.Champa,Botamo etc are obese,

What do you mean lame? They look quite good for king type figures. They aren't beast, they aren't monsters, they aren't cyborgs and they aren't mutants maybe. They look like royalty. Especially with the chinese dynasty like motif.
