18 is probably out which makes total sense. Goku is smiling in that picture so maybe its after they beat aniraza. If those are the final 5 from u7, the last fights will be very interesting.

how does him standing with the main cast make him redeemed? he's said many times since he came back he wants the sdb so he can rule over everyone and winning the tournament is necessary for him to do that. there is nothing that says he has become good , he's just playing it smart

I'm getting Namek Vegeta vibes from him. Both had selfish goals and seemed likely to betray the main cast at the end. Vegeta didn't, obviously, and hopefully Frieza does, as there needs to be seriois consequences for his recruitment.

I agree with you, I don't want Frieza to turn good. If anything Frost should have been good Frieza, but nope, he is a lame villain. How ironic would it be if he did end up being good though? The reverse of what we wanted happened.

Hell, what if Bulma claiming Frieza attending Bra's birth party and turining over a new leaf is foreshadowing Frieza turning good and becoming her Piccolo? That'd be something else .

I don't see how Freeza in this shot indicates at all he's now a good guy lol. He's simply playing it smart. He's in this tournament for himself only and he's using the others to get to his goal.

Also agreed. Considering how episode 119 was, I haven't looked back into any of its scenes to spend some time with like I always do. It doesn't help I had two personal challenges that kept me anxious this week and wanted it to be over with already.

Ditto. The week after 118 was a blast, kept re-watching that Goku/Gohan kamehameha. I'm also not looking forward to the next episode as strongly as I was before. Now with U6 and U2 gone, the team being down to 5 members (out of which I only find Freeza really interesting), and the upcoming fight involving robots.... the tournament feels empty and lackluster
Ep 122 is the only thing I'm still waiting to see.

I'm just waiting it out now that Unis 6 and 2 are gone. We've got may as well be filler robots for a few weeks, a break week for New Year's, a likely cool looking Takahashi Vegeta episode, and then Jiren vs whoever is left.

Hoping something fun gets announced at Jump Festa this weekend.

That's not a picture of 18 sitting on the bench, so I don't think 18's elimination is confirmed for sure. I won't be surprised if she will get eliminated though.
