- Vegeta doing better than Goku and being the last fighter of U7 to fall, leaving Gohan as the last man (IMO they are building Gohan to be the MVP of this arc)

- Goku drawing against Hit, both of them get eliminated

- It would be cool to see them working as a teams or in small teams, like 17 and 18, Roshi and Tien, Gohan and Piccolo, obviously Goku and Vegeta will go alone due to them sucking at teamwork, the most shocking one would be Krillin and Frieza

- Initially the team will not trust Frieza, only Goku, slowly Frieza will gain their trust, because he will understand what will happen if they lost

- 18 will pull the worst perfomance in the team

- Frieza will get to fight Frost, he will get defeated

- Hit will fight alongside Goku when he sees all the fighters focusing on Goku

- Cabba will achieve SSJ Blue, Vegeta will be proud of him

- The U7 will fall in this order 18, Tien, Roshi, Piccolo, 17, Krillin, Frieza, Goku, Vegeta

- The final fight will be Jiren against Gohan

- Gohan will be the last man standing and will win the tournament

This is more about the end of the tournament, but still what I see happening.
Knowing how much Zeno changes his mind on a whim, either:

• A) He will be convinced to not destroy the universes so he can watch the tournament again in the future (Probably by Goku)
  
  B) He will be convinced by some other random reason that destroying the universes isn't necessary.
  
  C)The fighters will fight for a long time, then agree to a 'stalemate' so Zeno either has to destroy them all, or destroy no one, which will prevent him from destroying any of them.
  
  D) He will only destroy a couple of universes, but not all the losing ones
  
  E) The fighters, Gods of Destruction, and Angels will somehow fight off Zeno, probably not able to destroy him or even harm him, but maybe get him into a 'power lock' where his seemingly invincible destructive power can be held off by the cumulative power of all the fighters, until he agrees not to destroy them.
  
  F) A new 'higher' or equal power than Zeno will emerge and stop the unnecessary destruction. (What's the point in governing a world to just erase it)

But there also seems to be something kind of suspicious about the Grand Priest, as if he is the brains and Zeno is just the power.

Well, some of the things I want for the Tournament:

- I want Team Work to actually matter,

- Freeza is vital to the success of Universe 7's victory.

- Gohan gets ringed out in the first minute.

- Vegeta gets fodderized by Jiren in an instant.

- Ten, and Roshi both get taken out quickly.

- The remaining Universe 7 team barely win.

- Universe 10's team isn't a joke.

A twist or major turn-of-events. I don't want another straightforward tournament where almost everything goes as planned and quickly end. This needs to evolve into some epic action saga with all universes going against Zen-Oh or someone stealing the Super Dragon Balls and making some unexpected wish that disrupts balance of power across 12 universes or something. The whole "Gods" era that Super essentialy is needs some major culmination and peak

A universe might have all its fighters eliminated before the end.

I thought they would wait until the tournament was over to destroy the losing universes.

I don't think we know for sure one way or the other. They said "immediate" destruction for losing universes, and both ways would qualify as immediate.

I have a feeling it would be a cheap way to get rid of one universe, save the trouble of creating 10 new fleshed out characters and increase the stakes all at once by having said universe speak out against Zen'ou.
Or have one cheat. I still think something like that will happen.

Regardless what happens, by the end of the tournament U7 will obviously survive and I hope... they're not just totally OK with Zeo-Oh genociding trillions of lives in other universes. I swear if Super glosses over the fact how utterly immoral and insane Zen-Oh is...

- The twist being that Goku can't break his limits and gain a new form / he no longer needs forms anymore and somehow learns how to use all that power on his base
- Goku character developing and seeing that there's more to life than fighting or at least the multiverse is too big for him to keep on trying to get stronger
- Krillin getting a scene where he isn't afraid of Freeza anymore
- Beerus saying "Screw you guys, I'm out of here" at the end of the tournament.
- Goku and Gohan team up on Jiren. Ends in a draw or Jiren wins.
- Someone bad happens to the Omni-King or they grow up and realize that this is all bad
- Something terribly wrong happens at the end of the tournament
- Everyone getting at least ONE good fight
- A good ending

Also kind of see Jiren acting like Superman.

....yeah, this arc just feels like they're trying to retire everyone. -shrug- It probably won't happen, but we'll see.

-Piccolo beating the everliving shit out of Frost.
-Goku's new form, be it his base improved by some control shit or a new form overall I dont mind.
-Freeza,Goku and Vegeta interactions.
-Freeza saving Goku's ass by pulling a dirty move and both of them gets into a squabble because of it.
-Gohan V Toppo (Gohan winning) The Justice match
-Vegeta V Hit (Vegeta winning) The rematch
-Goku V Jiren (Goku winning with some help, preferably Freeza) The big match
-Roshi attacking the girl fighters
-Roshi actually having a badass moment (proceeds to remove glasses excessively)
-Krillin getting his ass kicked from the get go (Hated how they treated his episode and him being a smug chipmunk "you can have Gohan help if you want hur dur, yeah fuck you", have Freeza blow him to bits again for all I care)
-Tien redeem yourself.
-18 kicking ass.
-17.... dont really care what he does.
