I'm pretty sure that's an original drawing based on a chapter cover of kid Gohan. Kid Goku also had a similar pose on the cover of the R2 Singles release.

Yes, I did :) It wasn't difficult (half an hour or so of work in Photoshop). I was not sure about the color scheme so I chose one that I happened to like. If you want a recolor, than don't hesitate to ask :)
