If Goku gets killed by Guldo.... I swear to god, but honestly this special can offer Slagir ample time to kick the Freeza in the apparent non existent ball's , with potential opportunity such as. Making him more inept than he was in canon, making Goku almost killing him, Nail almost killing him. And of course, making it that Goku survives, so when Freeza and Coola come back from the tournament.

Raichi's Broly isn't as strong as U20 Broly though, if I recall correctly, so he's still gonna get his head Punched OFF.

The only reason U20 Broli was stupid strong was because Salagir thought it was a cool (pun intended) idea to have him still transformed in his LSSJ form while a popsicle and constantly gain power as a result.
