Received and read my first volume of the Viz release today. All I can say is "wow".

Obviously it's the same story, but it's just a whole new experience in colour. It looks so natural, like it's the way it's always been. Quite often I get excited to own stuff like this. In this case I'm excited to read the story again volume by volume as they come out, as if for the first time. I'm overjoyed with this release.

Sorry to necropost but I think it's relevant to this thread.

I found an error in the print version of the Freeza arc. When Piccolo is talking to Gohan and Kuririon through Kaiou (or shortly before the wish is made), Kaiou is shown having his digital version's neo-green sleeve.

I got my copy today. First time I bought something international for internet too.
Couldnt have be better. There was easy and quick.

Its impressive. The book is bigger than I thought, censure is almost zero and the original colors just make everything perfect.
Maybe it has some errors here and there, but those are minor things compared to what i said above.

I'm really happy and will try to get the rest. Here's something worth to buy

^ Glad that this reference database is still useful. Tyro did half of it though, mostly covering the whole Z/Kai sagas after I finished everything until the end of the Saiyans' invasion. Wouldn't have been able to complete it without him, and he completed it way faster than I could.

I love the colored Neko Majin chapters. They're just as pretty as the DB ones, so I definitely need to get them into my collection at some point as well. :/

Oddly, I'm slightly disappointed that they went with Toriyama's purple coloration for Kurieza (though I already knew that they did, as there is a panel of him on Kanzenshuu's tidbit page), but also that they didn't go with Toriyama's yellow aura for Super Neko Majinor the Nekohameha for the sake of consistency. xD

Only extra thing I can think to ask about right now is what color is the the Majin Dama from Z 4?

Only noticed this topic now, but still, great job by Cold Skin and Tyro! Most of the colors follow the anime, so it's not too jarring, but if we ever want to check out how something in particular was colored, now we have an easy way to do it!

Kinda bummed that the series' only special chapter is absent from the print edition. Still, here's to hoping they decide to release the beginning of the series in print to coincide with Fukkatsu no F.
