Dimensions of the Cell Games Arena

What are the dimensions of the arena? I'm trying to create the Cell Games Arena in Minecraft.

I don't think we're ever given an official number for it, and its size isn't drawn consistently in the manga, but at its biggest, I'd eyeball it at about 22 meters by 22 meters or so.

So, since a block in Minecraft equals a cubic meter, it would be 66 blocks by 66 blocks. Thanks!

I'd make it bigger so that you can make those pillars on the corners.

But how would I build those? You can't build round things in Minecraft.

Maybe just make a triangular-type of thing where it's one block at the top, then it branches out like a pyramid to surround the one block, and then goes straight down. I'm not on my main computer at the moment that has Minecraft so I'm having trouble describing it. Another reason you might want to make it bigger is so you can put lines in-between the blocks.
