I've used services like those before (not that specific one). They usually charge a small fee (maybe less than $3?) for each item you buy. You would pay whatever the cost of the item is plus the shipping to their office in Japan. Then, they ship it out for you. That's where it gets really expensive. They don't tell you what it will be; they only charge afterwards. I bought a set of 26 DVDs (with cases for each) and shipping was around $90. I think one tries to ship different orders together to the US, so you only pay part of the cost because it is split up amongst the customers. I forget the name of it though.

Also, I don't want to double post, so I'm selling old cards from American and Japanese card games, Dragon Battlers, Carddass, Heroes, etc. If anyone is interested please let me know.

I also desperately want to sell the Daizenshuu! I have all of them except for 7 and the 2 Carddass guides.
