1) Would Goku from Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might as a Super Saiyan have defeated Turles at his strongest?

2) Would Super Saiyan 2 Gohan saving Zangya from being killed by Full Power Bojack in Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, and killing Full Power Bojack like in the original history, have changed the rest of the film and series in general? Especially if Gohan had befriended Zangya?

What does that have to do with it being inked blue and having a header with hand written title?

To cover up cheap paper quality, Shonen Jump uses second-hand paper for its magazines, so to cover up that imperfection they use various colors like green, yellow, orange, etc. However, I don't know anything about the handwritten header, to be honest that blue page looks like a unfinished product or it could be probably the owner of that magazine decided to write that.
