But did he watch subbed or dubbed in Arabic?

Re: Bin laden liked Dragon Ball?!
That's kind of a big question, considering how broken the Arabic dub of DB was, no shen long and all that.

Maybe because of Explosions and stuff or he adores Freeza as a Ruthless Emperor.
I prefer Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, DB/Z/GT Movies, Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball GT in Japanese.
For DBZ Kai and two new Movies I like both Dub and Sub. I Prefer Shunsuke Kikuchi Soundtracks over All other Composers.

Not sure if I should laugh or be disturbed by this.
Actually since he lived in Afghanistan I'd assume he watched it in Pashto or Dari.Kid Buu wrote:But did he watch subbed or dubbed in Arabic?

Off topic here but has it been dubbed in those languages?SHINOBI-03 wrote:Not sure if I should laugh or be disturbed by this.

Re: Bin laden liked Dragon Ball?!
I just came across this thread and I have to say, this is a pretty weird revelation. Then again as others have mentioned, this may have been for the other people in the compound.
Re: Bin laden liked Dragon Ball?!
Yeah that's true. His compound was technically in Pakistan (which used to be part of Afghanistan), whose official language in English, so he might have just watched it in English. Most tribal people there just speak Punjabi or Pashto though.SHINOBI-03 wrote:Actually since he lived in Afghanistan I'd assume he watched it in Pashto or Dari.
No idea. There might be a Dari dub out there since the language is just a variation of Farsi/Persian.sangofe wrote:Off topic here but has it been dubbed in those languages?

Like most high-up Al-Qaeda and Taliban leaders, he lived in Pakistan.SHINOBI-03 wrote:Not sure if I should laugh or be disturbed by this.

Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Also, learning how to go SSJ would have helped him win his epic duel with Obama that destroyed most of the wastelands of Nunavut. Unfortunately, he lost, despite having the secret support of Ted Cruz, the co-founder of "Fundamentalist Theocracies For The World" which Bin Laden was a fellow founder of.Kanassa wrote:He was searching for the remaining Dragon Balls that the White House has been hiding!sintzu wrote:Watch the media go on about how DB is the reason he became a terrorist.
