I've been a big fan of Sean schemmels take on Goku Black since the XV2 dub and FighterZ dub. Specifically his Rose voice. I find it has a touch of elegance and pompous. And with DBS, I find it even better. Here is a 2 minute clip for people unaware of what he sounds like in the DBS dub.

Anyone know what steps I or anyone else would be able to take, in order to properly impersonate the voice? To the point where I can even adopt this as my real life day to day voice? I have 0 experience in voice acting and the like, but am still willing to try. Even seen other people on youtube who have impersonated Damian Clarke's Cell to a pretty good degree.

There really isn't a one size fits all guide for impressions. Every voice is different and how you imitate them is different too. And since voice is primarily dependent on physicality you may simply not be capable of doing certain voices.
But if you want to try the best I can tell you is to practice, practice, practice. Just keep trying to see what works and what doesn't. Record your voice too so you can compare it side by side with the real thing. I can't guarantee you'll succeed, but it's really the only way.
