Most of you are probably familiar with this thread since I made one in the Super section of this forum, originally compiling all of DBS designs. But as time went on, I started to add other designs such as the ones Toriyama made way back before Super, starting from the original Manga ones. The thread started to get too big, messy, and disorganized, so I decided to split it in two: in the Super section there's this one: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=41412 compiling the Super, modern designs. I'll put the older designs from the original Dragon Ball era here, plus a handful of illustrations.
I didn't find all of these by myself so here's where I give credit to the people who deserve it:

SSGSS Goku helped A LOT with his scans found both in this, and on the other thread. Seriously, without him the Super thread would look like ass, he really helped me get some higher quality pics

emperior got me an entire Imgur album of miscellanious Toriyama's illustrations! And better pictures of the original Manga designs

Spider-Man got me Towa, and Mira's designs.

Very nice thread! I always find it interesting how Toriyama drew them standing with good posture but somewhere in the Cell arc, began drawing their heads hunched forwards. The way he draws them now, with their heads jutting forwards, is actually a medical condition that many bodybuilders face.

I also like how he drew Bulma with permed hair in the earlier images. Looks awesome. You don't get that style presently in much artworks if at all.

I have no idea to be honest, but these seem like legit and taken from a website. They look too good to be recreations.

UPDATE 04-25-18: I organized the miscellanious section A LOT better, combining the images of both emperior and SSGSS Goku, I added some better quality ones, and new ones like the daizenshuu illustrations. Check it out!
