But Vegetto only displayed 2 forms. Unless you're talking about Candy Vegetto, but I'm pretty sure his power didn't change at all.

That was mainly a joke. Anyways, it would've been a 3-way-tie between Super Vegetto and Candy Vegetto, with Normal Vegetto taking third place.

Gohan gave his energy in the Genkidama, yet if it weren't for Goku sudden power up, Kid Buu would have owned that Genkidama, and thus Gohan's energy. This proves that Kid Buu is not only stronger than Goku, but also stronger than Gohan, Gotenks, Vegeta etc... . Also, Gohan seemingly lost his powers by the time of Frieza's return, as he couldn't use his Ultimate form, but his SSJ 2 form. And i enjoyed every second of him getting squashed like a bug.

Though i'll admit i had to read the Kid Buu page on the Wikia, the only character i perfectly know every bit of information about is Zamasu.

Pretty debatable about who's the strongest, but since Tenshinhan won, I'm putting him in first, even if I think Goku had the better showings). Karin wasn't in the arc but he was still stronger than Jackie Chun, in my eyes.

The Genki Dama uses just a single element of ki, the genki (hence the name), not the entire pool of ki. So when Gohan donated his genki to the Genki Dama, that was only a portion of his overall ki, and not an indication of his total power. It'd be like having $1 in change, made up of 3 quarters, 2 dimes, and 5 pennies, and then someone asked you for all the pennies you had. Even though you gave all the pennies you had, you still have 95 cents in total.

When Goku said that the donations Gohan and the others gave weren't enough, he was meaning the genki they had donated. So all that is saying is that Gohan's genki level was weaker than Pure Buu, not his overall power.

Besides, it should be noted that Goku indicated a power decrease from when Buu reverted from the regular Evil Buu to Pure Buu, and he never contradicted that notion.
