Honestly i don't think we should. In Dragon Ball when ever a more powerful character comes around they usually talk about how strong he is. The only time speed played a big role in Dragon Ball was in the Cell saga and parts of Dragon Ball otherwise characters would just admired a more powerful characters strength. Since this topic is about speed and not strength i think we should not talk about stuff like this. We could always make a thread for that.
