Namek classes and reproduction

Are the Warrior-class Namek able to produce offspring? Also, are they hermaphrodite or asexual? How comes the differences between members of the species?

Warrior type Namekians can't reproduce. Dragon Clan Namekians reproduce asexually.

The thing to understand is they're not really just "classes" or "clans," or what have you, as if it's just a job description. These divisions are treated as actually biological, like the closest thing that Namekians have to two different sexes. It's why most sources I've seen call them different "types" instead, namely Dragon-type and Warrior-type. The Dragon-types are the ones capable of healing, reproducing, and making Dragon Balls. The Warrior-types can't do those things, but instead have more combat-suited bodies and naturally higher power levels, so they can serve their purpose of protecting the population.

So that's what we've seen in the series when it comes to Namekian reproduction. The Grand Elder was a Dragon-type, and he spawned everyone on Namek. Those were mostly more Dragon-types like himself, but Nail the Warrior-type was in there too (along with a few others less powerful than him in the anime). As he was essentially Kami's evil clone, King Piccolo was a Dragon-type too. His demon spawn came from a twisted application of normal Namekian birthing, but he was also able to spawn Piccolo Junior as a full-fledged "normal" offspring/reincarnation, too. In this case, he made him a Warrior-type instead of a Dragon-type like himself, just like the Grand Elder and Nail.

So in the future, Moori and the other village elders on New Namek could keep spawning new children (including some new Warriors if they're smart, since Nail's gone), while Dende over on Earth could likewise spawn a son of either type for himself eventually too. Piccolo can't have kids of his own since he's a Warrior-type, but he's already pretty much adopted Gohan, so he's all good.
