Seems like most matches as of late have had one of the characters figuring out a new transformation or skill. I feel like this may follow the Vegeta vs. Raichi path, like how Vegeta still lost despite unlocking SS3. So Cell starts off with the advantage, but then Tapion unlocks Hirudegan's transformation...but still loses once Cell is forced to show some of his reserve power.

Is there any rough idea as to how strong Cell is atm?
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

No, he's been hiding his true power like many of the other fighters. It's all speculation right now. From what I've seen most people say he's about the strength of Buu saga SSJ3 Goku or even Buutenks. Again, just speculation. We'll see how well he fairs against Tapion and his pet soon enough.

When Gohan powered up, telling Bra, to hit him, if she want hit anyone (After Pan's death) he was clearly scared, so i would put him somewhere between SSJ2 nad SSJ3
