I just realized that Hit said Vegeta was the only one to survive his attacks does that mean Hit killed Frost?

No. Frost is still alive. You can see him on the bench with the rest of U6 fighters after Hit attacks him.

Maybe Hit positioned him in a way that it just looks like hes knocked out.

Episode 43 - "Having a hard time taking care of Pan" - May 15th
Episode 44 - "The secret of the released Choujinsui" - May 22nd <- I might have the verb mistaken so have that in mind. Anyway, the scan says 超人水(Choujinsui) as in "Super Human Water" but it might be a typo for 超神水(Choushinsui), the special water/poison used by Karin.
Episode 45 - "The wonder of copy Vegeta" - May 29th <- Yeah, I have no idea as well so please disregard this one until we have more information

So... after losing against Monaka, Vegeta is forced to take care of Pan which drives him crazy so he goes to use Karin's water and creates a double?

Some 2ch user posted about Mayumi Tanaka posting a picture on her blog of her and another woman "that looks like Mami Koyama" saying "look forward to the episode this person appears" and, going to Mami Koyama's homepage, it seemed it was about Arale and May 15th.

This might not have anything to do with Dragon Ball but I thought it was interesting to post here as well.

Edit: This is the blog post http://hamayoshi.exblog.jp/22722703/ and the photo seems to have other people as well so it might not just be about the supposed Mami Koyama. I seem to spot Shigeru Chiba (Pilaf) there...

Interesting titles!

If I were to make some quick predictions:

Episode 42 - I presume a gag episode? Maybe Goku finally challenges Monaka, and finally learns the truth in a hilarious fashion?
Episode 43 - Kinda self-explanatory - a Gohan family slice of life episode?
Episode 44 - No Idea.
Episode 45 - And again, no idea.

It looks like we're definitely moving out of the tournament and into post-arc middling material prior to the next (and possibly final?) storyline.

Why would you think that? The tournament ends in the next episode and the confrontation with Monaka isn't until episode 42 according to the title.

Okay, I'll try to make some quick predictions as well:

Episode 42 - Finally, the real end of the tournament? But didn't they summon Zarama in Ep 41? So I really dont know what to think about it.

Episode 43 - Yeah, I think its a Episode about Gohan and Family, I mean we didn't saw Gohan for such a long time.

Episode 44 - Maybe someone tries to get stronger with the super human water?

Episode 45 - Maybe there is a copy of Vegeta on Planet Sadal?

Tbh, I dont know what I should think about the new titles.
