why nobody detected Baby?

Post by dragonballer » Tue Aug 16, 2016 2:56 pm

no z-fighter sensed Baby when he was fighting goten? nobody sensed goten and gohan fighting?

and the worst case here is Uub,the one goku named as the protector of Earth. Where was he when all the fights between Baby and saiyans was happening? Why he just appeared after Baby have dominated the planet? he didn't sense ssj3 goku crashing with Baby Vegeta?

That's ... a legit plot hole. Ki-sensitive characters should have been able to sense a Super Saiyan battle. And at least Piccolo does, since he shows up when Goten is fighting Gohan.

Oh well.

Don't forget that ALL of the Z-Senshi were unaware that two SSJ kids fought on the same planet as them until Gohan saw one of them transform before his eyes, meanwhile Gohan, Krillin, Vegeta, and others were able to sense 5 dudes not even 1/1000th the power of just one of those kids, way out in space.
I guess Goten & Trunks have God Ki.

Speaking of Bebi, I always wonder how Planet M2 was able to get away with all of their actions without Freeza noticing. Freeza rule most of the galaxy, won't he know about the Machine Mutants and sense that they could over throw him as ruler of the Galaxy.

Are we absolutely positive Namek and Earth are in the same galaxy, though? I was under the impression Freeza's jurisdiction was just completely off the radar in regards to Earth, and that the planets explored in GT are much closer to Earth... if that makes any sense.

Freeza had conquered a large number of planets, but it's not as if he was known everywhere, nor was he aware of everything happening in the universe. Earthlings have never heard of him, nor, presumably, have Namekians until he arrives.

It's completely feasible for something like M2 to be ramping up under his nose. We also don't know when exactly M2 as a planet came into being (it appears the machine mutants have conquered a once organic planet by the time Goku and co. arrive).

In addition, the machine mutants' "actions" seem to be limited to conquering M2 and gathering energy for Baby through fronts like the Luud cult. Not necessarily a far-reaching influence.
