Tried sketching Goku today in class, because that's a far more productive use of my time than actually paying attention, duh. Pretty happy about how the hair turned out. Terrible art incoming, anyway, you've been warned.

I've done some art recently as well. Specifically what's in my avatar. I've also been trying to figure out how to draw auras, which I haven't really done before. So I practiced with the full version of my avatar.

The image was too large for even Tumblr to handle without reducing its size. It's 3005x5353 pixels before compression. Anyway, this is Megami Shimi's design and auras as seen from the front. I should draw her from the side at some point to complete the concept art. She's gonna be one hell of a villain when I get to it... in like 20 chapters.

I like the design. It takes a similar approach to what I'll most likely do: it's Dragon Ball-esque while still being unique. The color palette and outfit are well chosen too. All-in-all, impressive work.

Thanks! I'm honestly surprised at how much I've gotten that about the colours. And, well, it'd be weird to not try to capture Dragon Ball's style when designing for a Dragon Ball fan fiction, wouldn't it? also I know her chest area may be a little "mature" but I don't think the size is worse than what Chi-Chi's been depicted with before

This is... more than I was expecting. Wow.
I don't really draw all that often, so I'm pretty slow. I have some projects already, though, and I'll probably post those in this thread when they're done. I want to draw an adult Marron, a Father-Daughter Final Flash, and I also plan on making another Megami Shimi piece where she doesn't have the bun (story reasons). Maybe after that I'll take requests, I don't know. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'll post more when I have more and you're gonna have to be patient with me.
