nothing beats 42 :D Beerus fighting in a costume, everyone trying to stop Goku from knowing Monaka is weak, Puar transforming in Beerus, Beerus being scared whenever Goku appeared behind him
Next is the Baseball episode (70) and the first episode of Hit (71)
Sleeping until the tournament is over.

Service note: I updated the opening post to say that probably also Episode 1 and Episode 2 may be considered "eligible" for this list.

Saiyaman two parter. Fun story, characters were on model for most of it, and I like seeing Saiyaman kick butt.

Then I choose episode 2 as well. Vegeta fulfilling his promise was a marvelous touch, it's always good when other families get some screentime other than Chi-Chi being mad at Goten and demanding him to study and Gohan walking around with Videl all the time. Hopefully there will be more episodes about Vegeta's family now that Bra is soon to be born.
We help! ... Hmm. Always get Autobots out of messes they get into.

Arale, Hit and the Baseball episode. The others rank from "meh" to "turd".
GT wasn't that bad

He must feel awful. Being a God and no one respects him. Just sad.
And Zamasu thought he had it bad. Fuckin' edgy Kaios thinking about "Justice" and shit just because they got strong by chance.

Favorite filler is something hard to pick. Toei has consistently given us entertaining stuff.
Since the least appealing ones, like Shenron's wish which made me laugh a lot. The Goku vs Monaka fight that I still rewatch from time to time, like the Goku Hit rematch. Heck, even the episode 15 renders lots of laughs. Though I agree that the potaufeu arc was the least entertaining. Though seeing Vegeta with a pacifier was hilarious.

I don't know why Jpn loves the first Broly movies given then enormous amount of parodies, but I've come to love them aswell, hence the Paragus.

My favourite DBS filler was the Dr Slump crossover.

My least favourite DBS filler was Krillin re-discovering himself.
