Let alone the fact that the Divine Kaiouken had NO harming effect on Gattai Zamasu. Goku kicked him to the ground but the mutated arm came from Zamasu himself after his outburst when he forced his arm to look like that. The only "injury" was Zamasu's face after the beam struggle.
It did break his halo.
Yes, but not half his body like that other guy said.

He already did off-screen most likely. They don't need to show every little thing the characters do. Same reason why they don't show characters going often to the bathroom.
Time keeps moving forward and the audience don't care about that.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

When Super apparently shoves Goku down our throats:
Spoiler:
HeroR wrote:The characters in Super can work with Goku and they're treated like equals to him. Goku just being in the room doesn't take away from the character. In Z, the characters were so depended on Goku that they couldn't go an episode without mentioning him in some way even by hoping he will arrived, get better, training to get stronger, our last hope, being like him, ect. Goku was wanked to hell in Z, even when he wasn't in the room and everyone else was secondary to him. In fact, this was a major issue Goku had, which is why he didn't want to do anything in the Buu Saga.

Has anyone cared to do a list of things characters did in those 40 hours? Just to see if matches the time passing the anime shows to us?
Something like:
Hour 23: 17 and Goku were fighting with space poachers while Gohan and Piccolo are training in the wasteland

But do they even know Freeza to consider him a threat? I suppose they all think U7 is full of villains, Freeza behavior would just confirm that.
Are we too old to enjoy new Dragon Ball movies/series?

Guys, I'm going to be straight with you. If you feel the show has gotten 'silly' ... it hasn't. You're just 'too old for this shit'. Seriously, 95% of the people in those boards do not fit the target demographic of the show, so don't expect the show to be 'everything you hoped for'. I'm referring to the people here who expect Super to be rich with dark moments, serious storytelling, meaningful characters etc etc. It won't. It's a show for kids. A show for kids being kids. Everyone in those boards has a manchild in him/her, clamoring to get out, and that's fine. But having unrealistic expectations (such as believing the show grew up alongside you) is naïve at best. Honestly, do you take seriously a story where the supposed God of Destruction halts his urges to blow up stuff in order to eat ice cream sundae? That's the show's silliness at full force, take it for what it is. The show hasn't matured one bit, so don't expect it too. Again, I'm not saying that's a bad thing. I'm saying *that* is DB and always will be.
I'm hyped to see the wolf pack again and I'm also excited to see hit about Frost, screw Frost,I really don't mind if frieza kills him, but seeing Frost again is kinda cool

It's possible. After all people found out he wasn't a hero during the last tournament. Maybe Cabba and the others spread the word and now everyone is out for his head.
He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you.
Either Hit has really decided to assassinate Frost or MAYBE try to recruit Frost for the tournament. Though I think the former is more likely to occur in the episode.

When it serves no other purpouse rather than appeasing most banal fan ideas/requests. I would say there's a big difference between using SPOILER to replace Buu in Tournament of Power and using Bardcock. The former has been part of the actual saga (not just TV specials that take place in different eras), has history and established relations with majority of the cast AND has been reintroduced in Super itself already. Having SPOILER coming back sure is fanservice and sure may be happening just because his toys sold well, but at least it's not a narrative and thematical asspull like Bardock's inclusion would be. Same goes for using the popular LSSJ form/transformation for one of the new U6 Saiyans.
it's not necessary to say SPOILER in a spoiler thread. Any one who willingly reads this thread knows what they're getting into.
I'm guessing Frost has trained while on the run. He got his own section in the OP, no way he isn't a major player.

We already know from the Hit 2 parter before this arc that Cabba let the truth out and Frost is a fugitive now.

Thanks. I forgot about that. Now I am looking forward even more to see him in the episode.

That better be the case, frost stands no chance if all he has done is run and hide

Piccolo got his arm chopped by by Ultimate Gohan and Gohan has gotten much stronger since then. Piccolo's strongest attack during the double team battle didn't even make Goku go Super Saiyan.
Gohan only got two shots in on Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku. He mostly fought Super Saiyan 2 Goku and got one-shotted by Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan/Kaioken Goku.
Trunks hit Black once as he never touched him again. The next time they fought, Black tore Trunks apart and Goku and Vegeta had to protect Trunks before he got Super Saiyan Rage. Trunks only did well against Merged Zamasu become Vegetto softening him up and even then he needed the energy from others to finishing him off. It wasn't his own power.
Goku broke both of his arms and had to used the Kaioken for the rest.
Base Black only kicked Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegeta. He didn't overpower him.
A lot of your examples are flawed and ignore context.
You reminded me of another good example. Future Zamasu fighting SSB Goku, even though before he was shown to be weaker than ssj2 Goku. And I was talking about SSR Trunks. He landed plenty of blows on Black. Getting angry shouldn't of raised him that high.
And I know Goku broke his arms, but he did better than both Trunks and Vegita combined, which is kind of weird.
Obviously their is context, but go watch DBZ again. When a character became too strong they became untouchable. For example how nobody could touch final form Frieza except Goku, or how Perfect Cell just stood there as Krillin attacked him and acted like he didn't notice. Now Krillin is forcing Goku to go ssj even though base Goku is probably at least around perfect Cell level.

Piccolo did not want to seriously hurt Goku or kill him so Piccolo only used enough power to put him off. Piccolo is obviously way stronger than base Goku so if you believe that attack was full power then the attack was an inconsistency in the episode 90.
Are you sure about that? Last time I checked Piccolo lost to Tagoma, and got one shot by first form Frieza. Even if he trained I'm not sure he surpassed base Goku, and if he did I doubt it would be by too much.
The thing about base Goku is his strength seems to change a lot. One day he will be equal to copy Vegeta who one shot ssj3 Gotenks, the next day he will be equal with nerd Gohan or get pushed to ssj by Krillin.
This may be crazy, but has anyone began to think that Frost's portion of the opening was a placeholder for Freeza?
I mean in the sense of that transformation sequence easily being edited to have Freeza go from his first form to his final form and then into Golden Freeza. Maybe they had used Frost there to just leave an easy space to insert Freeza into the opening after episode 93 airs....

That was Present Zamasu. Future Zamasu was clearly stronger.
Goku was stronger. The manga even supports this meaning Goku being the strongest was most likely in the outline.
Piccolo kicked final form Freeza in the face and sent him flying and Tien pinned down Semi-Perfect Cell.

Goku barely took a backseat in the Buu saga, at best he took a leisurely stroll round back while everyone else cried for him to come back.
