Best parts of the NEP will be Cauli,Cabba and Kale moments, mostly Cauli gaining SSJ.

It's kinda funny because, back when the 12 Universes concept was introduced, I had thought it would be interesting if each Unniverse focused on a different genre like mechas and magical girls.

U2: Precure/Sailor Moon parodies
U11: Super Sentai Parodies which is the complete opposite

U10: Macho Universe
U3: Robot Universe

U9: Wolfpack
U4: That smug fox from the opening has to be from this Universe, Fox is the opposite of wolf.

I think Kuririn and 18 want to leave the team because of Freeza. Everyone looks mad at Goku during the NEP, so it's probably this.

Oh! It's Cure Honey from HaCha. Now I wonder if this character's going to sing at any point. Part of Cure Honey's shtick was she had a singing attack.

They could force unnecessary drama like say Krillin hated that Goku didnt tell him the truth because Goku is his best friend, you dont hide stuffs like that to your bro, or its a knee jerk moment of finding out this is all happening because of Goku so he's like "its your mess, you clean it up" thing.

I think Goku will come up with the Freeza plan, 18 and Krillin will say they want to back out because of it and then they find out the truth about the stakes and stay in.

Maybe Krillin is just upset that Goku couldn't trust him enough to tell him the truth. He should be his best friend and trust him, instead he tells him a big fat lie.
But yeah, either cases I wouldn't retire, with such stakes.

At Least elder kai acknowledged and did want to get Goku's potential unlocked, I was wondering about this yesterday.
Too bad times run out..

Also, Vegeta is back at his form again, finally he understood changing diapers isn't helping goku respect him as the rival anymore

I think this is a good saga and everything but this episode did again make me think this saga happened too soon.

This newest episode showed characters we're familiar with from Universe 6, there was Gowasu from Universe 10 that we know, Universe 9 characters we know from the Zen Exhibition and Universe 11 characters we've been introduced too and who will obviously play a big part.

But we know nothing about the characters from Universe 2, 3 or 4.

I think with something like this the more familiar you were with the characters the better it would have been. They should have had 2 or 3 more sagas before having this Tournament of Power and they could have introduced more of these characters who would be competing.

Bit of wasted potential really.

Females have never been relevant as fighters in this series and now they're trying to bring a few in who kinda are so it's obvious pandering to me much like a lot of the other stuff they're doing.

Toriyama didn't make female fighter relevant in the original story of Dragon Ball because he personally chose not to. That's not to say that female fighters in Dragon Ball can't be relevant or shouldn't be relevant.

And Toriyama, by his own admission, can't write female characters beyond the "strong willed" type.

The women I draw all have the same sort of personality. I can’t draw gentle girls; I only know how to draw ones who are strong-willed.

No ones arguing about that at all though. The only thing that was said was that it seems like the reason they're bringing all these female fighters into the mix all of a sudden to is pander to a certain crowd. You're turning this into something it wasn't supposed to be.

There's no crowd to pander to by bringing in female fighters. Especially in the circumstances where we are dealing with multiple universes. I don't like this notion that bringing in more female characters is an indication of appealing to a certain demographic. A story isn't made or less appealing by the ratio of male and female characters. It's how you utilize them, irrespective of their gender. Just my two cents.

Nah, bro, don't worry too much, it will probably end with all the fighters alive and kicking, happily sharing some food, maybe all the universes will get unified in one but nothing dramatic will happen
