It says they're making final preparations. Freeza is the final member and 17 is finally joining up with the group. 96 or 97 sounds right for the first full tournament episode going off of what we know right now.

So Trunks and Goten are getting scenes in an episode, even if it's rather unimportant. I wonder how they'll resolve the Yamcha subplot where he finds out he's not being chosen.

Yeah no. They won't be doing that to one of the most famous DBZ characters out there. There would be no bringing him back then, and that's totally opposite to what they're always doing.

It seems like they recognized on the magazine that Kale looks like Broly. Though they said "that legendary Saiyan" instead of Super Saiyan and this doesn't mean they will recognize Kale's transformation as "legendary" in the show.

How in the hell does Sidra find out about Frieza and why does he think he can just have him killed. Do you think it's because he sees him as a resurrected character as cheating? Or better yet how does he even know who he is? Lots of good stuff happening here! I thought they would have started the damn tournament after 94! Lol they really are milking this thing.

I love Broly but man that's character design is gross. I just don't understand why. There are better ways to make a female Broly..

Sidra would make a good choice for this since he comes from the lowest ranked universe and is so passive, he's likely the weakest GoD. This allows Goku to take his first step towards that level in a realistIC manner. Also Frieza will be his back up. Actually Sidra's actions will likely help strengthen Frieza's limited loyalty to team U7 since Goku will be protecting him. Well if you wanted a realistic way for Goku to get on Frieza's good side....saveing him from a vengeful God of Destruction would do the trick. Also it great that we are going to see another GoD in battle.

Joking aside, the buff Kale was never going to look good. They went in too hard with the Broly reference. The leaner design we've seen would've been much better.

hmmmm True but who can he send? None of his team is powerful enough and if he has someone stronger he would not want to risk losing them before the tournament started. He could send his Angel but then Whis would step in.

If Sidra goes himself, Whis cannot interfere since Sidra is not his responsibility, just as Vados never dealt with Beerus when they meet up. Also Beerus cannot really challenge Sidra either or they risk losing both of their universes. Plus Sidra can just Haki Frieza which makes the job 10 times easier. He SHOULD just go himself....but he he may have a trick up his sleeve.

But he DOSE know how strong Goku is and if he's spying on U7 then he should also know Goku is the one recruiting Frieza i.e. Goku will either be there or will show up. If he dose not take Goku showing up into account the he'd have to be really stupid.

I have developed a soft spot for trio the dangers, they are good characters who had to go opposition, I doubt they have real villainous tendencies either if left alone..

Majin buu was ready to murder everybody at the tournament as well, they had to win somehow, if killing is the way a type of fighter can ensure victory for their side, they didn't make a bad decision.. Specifically when killing is allowed..

The only reason goku told buu not to kill in the real tournament because it will get him disqualified.. piccolo sacrificed everyone on earth to buy time..

These guys are no different, it's just that goku knows he can bring them back if needed
