An official English music video with Dragon Ball Z footage?

I remember seeing my brother watching music channels on TV once and there was this video that indeed contain footage from Dragon Ball Z. It was done like when songs from a movie soundtrack use footage from the movie mixed with footage of the band.

I have since then been looking for the video again but I never memorized the song or bands name. I figured someone at Daizenshuu EX must have seen it. I'm not sure if this is an English or American band, all I know is they speak English and used Dragon Ball Z footage in an official music video.
