Very odd way of spelling Jobgeta. Maybe Toppo will be merciful on the Prince of No One and gently show him why he's second fiddle to Goku. Seems like Goku will have to deal with Toppo and Jiren going by 127.ToshioWrites wrote:Cannot Wait for Toppo to justice Choke freeza and throw him off. Barely affected by it I'd say. Trunks tearing up when he sees Gohan was a good idea, but it's a blink and you miss it moment that barely registered. This is by far one of Super's most egregious flaws, almost everything feels emotionally lackluster.HeroR wrote:Can't agree since Trunks and Mai were effected by the lost. And Super's animation was questionable early on, but got better as the series went on to the point that Super has several episodes and scenes that are objectify speaking, superior to anything done in Z. And there are moments in Super that I would put on par with Vegeta's final moments, although Z does have more 'emotional' scenes than Super. But I can never looked at Vegeta's sacrificed as emotional since the dumbass brought it all on himself, so it was a big good-ridden when I first saw it.Michsi wrote:
This is the perfect example for the point I'm trying to make as far as I'm concerned. I just went back to watch that scene to make sure I'm not misremembering it. That big event, the erasure of Trunks' world, treated with all the emotional weight of forgetting your wallet at home. Z is guilty of that too to some degree, but not like this. And that's not even counting the horrendous animation quality. Z has more than it's share of horribly animated scenes, but at least it treated most of it's big moments with the care it deserved. Vegeta's death in the Buu arc was far from the finale, but damn did they go all out.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
If Vegeta is fighting both then clearly something has happened to Freeza and 17.pacz360 wrote:So anybody have any idea how episode 126 will go down due to the spoilers today? Do anybody think freeza or 17 will be knocked out especially if we take 127 title to account
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

What do you mean barely? Mai was screaming at the sky in denial, Trunks was left shocked that everyone that helped him with the Spirit Bomb died, Mai wanted to go into a new timeline because she wanted to be closed to the people she fought for, and Trunks burst into tears about being unable to save the world. And it was from a 'blink and you miss' since everyone saw it.Michsi wrote:Barely affected by it I'd say. To call it 'blink and you miss', suggest you don't know what that term.

Toppo has take out either one of them given how much minutes are left plus I don't see him suddenly forget them then go to vegeta who's jiren facingsintzu wrote:If Vegeta is fighting both then clearly something has happened to Freeza and 17.pacz360 wrote:So anybody have any idea how episode 126 will go down due to the spoilers today? So in the end it comes down to the Goku and Vegeta show like always. Kind of a boring outcome.

So from the recent spoiler that came out it seems like Freeza and 17 gets whooped by Toppo and then he goes to help Jiren against Vegeta and Goku. Goku isn't mentioned but I doubt he's out so I'm guessing he'll continue the fight with Jiren and Vegeta will go and fight Toppo. Of course I'll take this spoiler with a grain of salt but I am interested regardless.

And since that was the endgame, it would've been nice to give Tien, Krillin, Piccolo, #18, Gohan and Frieza badass moments equal to Roshi's and #17's.precita wrote:So in the end it comes down to the Goku and Vegeta show like always. Kind of a boring outcome.

I'll have to re-watch since I've only went to see the clip of Zeno erasing the universe and the minute immediately after that in which everyone was so very chipper. Maybe I missed something that I don't remember. I'm talking about the fallout, about how the permanence of it all affected them, not their reaction to what Zamasu was doing. The only thing I remember was Trunks tearing up when he saw Gohan as he was waving good bye and an event like this warranted more than that. Oh btw, Mai's screams being followed by Goku embracing Zeno so happily - ugh...HeroR wrote:What do you mean barely? Wasn't the big complaint about this arc is U7 was too impressive?!Nickolaidas wrote:And since that was the endgame, it would've been nice to give Tien, Krillin, Piccolo, #18, Gohan and Frieza badass moments equal to Roshi's and #17's.precita wrote:So in the end it comes down to the Goku and Vegeta show like always. It did, it wasn't the entire cast. Like Gowasu was feeling the effects of Zamasu to the point that he couldn't even chose his own team for the TOP.Michsi wrote: I'll have to re-watch since I've only went to see the clip of Zeno erasing the universe and the minute immediately after that in which everyone was so very chipper. And it wasn't. Mai screamed at the sky, everyone was silent for several seconds, Gowasu cursed Zamasu, Goku reached into his pocket looking for a Senzu, finds the Zen'o button, asked the Supreme Kais about it, and pressed it. Goku didn't hugged Zen'o until the commercial break. And why wouldn't Goku be happy to see Zen'o, the one person who could possibly fixed the situation.

No. The complaint was that it wasn't as much a battle royale as a survival match of U7 vs all other universes.Totamo wrote:Wasn't the big complaint about this arc is U7 was too impressive?!Nickolaidas wrote:And since that was the endgame, it would've been nice to give Tien, Krillin, Piccolo, #18, Gohan and Frieza badass moments equal to Roshi's and #17's.precita wrote:So in the end it comes down to the Goku and Vegeta show like always. I hope the tournament ends before the end of Super. We only have what...7 eps left?
Hopefully the TOP ends in 5 eps, and the last two episodes are spent on both the wish and the resolution/aftermath of the arc.

Inappropriate tone shift. Heart-wrenching moment followed by "OMG Goku is hugging the OmniKing' Also, you count the commercial break in this ????HeroR wrote:It did, it wasn't the entire cast. Again, I'm talking about their reaction afterwards, when they should have had the time to mull over everything. Which they should've. The magnitude of it all called for it.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
Someone care to enlighten me on why people want Frieza and Android 17 to be eliminated so badly?
So people actually want two characters who were arguably the highlight of the entire tournament to go down and make room for another Goku / Vegeta showdown? Or even worse, another redundant Potara fusion? I find it odd that some fans are complaining about 17 having overstayed his welcome, when no other character can seemingly adhere to that notion better than Vegetto.
Are people in that dire need of some Buu saga throwback or something? Seriously, what's wrong with characters like Frieza and 17 sharing some of the glory for a change? Does the innovation behind such a refreshing concept not at all seem intriguing to some of you?

How is it inappropriate to be happy that you see someone who can fixed a situation? And the commercial break is usually when the tone shifts in a show.Michsi wrote:

They did mauled over things, it was just downplayed like Trunks and Mai talking about going into a new timeline, and Gowasu calling the new Time Ring his sin.
