I just answered the other thread so this is pretty cool. I guess I appreciate that there are still some fans that still hold it in high regard and that I personally don’t see it dated. Even though I know the plot like four times over, things like the Cell games with Gohan going SSj2 is still pretty enjoyable. I also like the fact that a lot of people branched off of their DB/Z fandom to do productive things themselves (like me ).

Although the fanbase can be dicky at times, it definatly has its ups.
I don't know a community so loyal as the Dragonball community, once your a fan, it never really leaves, which is why we have so many older fans.
Also, people who like Dragonball, seem very comfortable with the fact, and never mock other animes because of it. I've seen so much " DRAGONBALL SUCKS " from Naruto fans, that it doesn't bother me now, but its pretty cool to know that Dragonball fans don't seem to dish it out as much, its more " Meh, whatever ".
So on the whole, we can annoy each other from time to time, with " Who's stronger " and " Power level of ect. " but we're all fans of the same show, and knowing that the community is STILL so large after all the time, that just makes me happy.
