People can prefer what they want over anything but the comparison just doesn't work or make sense. Comparing big budget blockbusters to DB is like comparing an Apple to a Pizza. You can prefer the Apple but it's so different from the Pizza that there's not even a reason to compare them or prefer one over the other.
If you must compare Super's trilogy to Batman then a more logical comparison would be to the 3 animated movies that were part of the animated series. Mask of the Phantasm, Sub Zero & Mystery of the batwoman. Like Super's movies they are animated, they are connnected to an episodic series, the first movie is held to very high regard, some consider the 2nd one to be disappointing compared to the first & the 3rd one has a major art style change.

Apt comparisons, all. Some would disagree with Batwomen a’la TNBA, but your point carries quite well.sintzu wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 2:01 am People can prefer what they want over anything but the comparison just doesn't work or make sense.
