I personally made the decision to not continue with the season sets, after season two, because the simple fact was that cropping aside, the releases looked worse.
I encourage people not happy with the quality of the sets not to lose hope, I live in Australia and managed (thanks to several members of this forum) to import all of the single releases from the US that I needed, and for less than I would have paid for the season sets.

I was going to say something profound or interesting for my first post but to hell with it.
My opinion on it:
- Loved the image quality
- Loved the audio quality
- Packaging didn't bother me at all
- Cropping didn't bother me at all
- Love watching this over my old crappy fansubs on VHS
I'll continue to buy all the sets until they finish them, because it just doesn't bother me at all. I understand where you're coming from, but hey, you can't please everyone.
