Strongest non Saiyans

List the top 10 strongest characters in Z that are not Saiyans. No Buuhan, Buutenks, Buucolo, or whatever. If you guys think because of that the only Buu that would be acceptable is Kid Buu due to it being the only one truly unfused then my list is as follows

I'm cool with ya list man...but honestly, I wouldn't put KibitoKai above Cell or Dabura...esp Cell: an implied solar buster

Also, Uub alone wouldn't be superior to Kid Buu man. He is just human. No matter how you slice it, you use an amped chi blast, Uub would suffer damage or worst fatality

Kid Buu on the other hand, even if you blast him to smithereens he'd pop right in front ya eyes & whoop ya ass. Within seconds. Unless ur taking Majuub into consideration, then Kid Buu is superior to Uub in every way

I should have placed Android 16 instead of Gero and Gero instead of King Cold. I would prefer one version of a character, and I think you very much underestimate Kibito Kai. Shin on his own is like high SSJ tier or even low SSJ2 tier. Then after the fusion he should be high SSJ2 tier making him most definitely stronger than Cell I would say. I put Uub because with training he can reach Kid Buu's level and then surpass it, If we were just talking about the power he showcased however then he might not even be in the top 10

Dat alone puts him leagues above or at least on par to Imperfect/Semi Perfect Cell

Kibito on the other hand...was noob. Barring energy-replenishment, dude barely demonstrated any remarkable fighting feats or capabilities xcept getting killed by Dabura's point blank blast on his face which we don't know was amped or simple generic chi blast

How could potara fusion with such weakling (Kaioshin's servant) provide any sorta boost?

Even if he does...or potara's fusion grants Xtra boost...I'd place him at most around FPSSJ Goku/FPSSJ Gohan @ Cell Games...

Both FPSSJ Goku & Gohan @ Cell Games were different level monsters compared to say Imperfect/Semi Perfect Cell (where I'd place Kaioshin)

But if your expecting generosity, then at most...100% Full Powered Perfect Cell. Dats it. He was nother level beast compared to FPSSJ Goku/Gohan.

So yeah. My estimation is Kibitokai even with super generosity isn't touching anywhere near SSJ2. Maybe 100% FP Perfect Cell. Even dats pushing it tbh.

Kibito Kai was said to be almost as strong as SSJ Gohan. SSJ Gohan is a tad weaker than SSJ Gohan from the Cell Games and even SSJ Goku from the Cell Games. Goku in Buu saga is slightly stronger than Gohan from the Cell saga. However that doesn't mean Gohan is pathetic, he just isn't living up to his potential. So Shin on his own performs as good as SSJ2 Gohan against Buu saying Shin is seemingly low SSj2 tier and Kibito low SSJ1 tier. Put them together and I think you got high SSJ2 tier, but that's my thoughts on it

As far as I know, Kaioshin isn't touching SSJ2 Gohan...unless you take his mythical power into consideration.

Like when Kaioshin "locked" Gohan @ WMAT for Spopovitch to steal Gohan's energy. Or neutralizing Fat Boo's seemingly fatal chi blast to save Gohan.

Regardless, dude was freaked-out by likes of Yakon & Dabura. Suggesting dude isn't anywhere near SSJ2 in terms of raw strength. I'd say even Babidi's magic would be superior to Kaioshin to be frank

Adding him wouldn't mean much actually. Low-SSJ tier? I doubt if he could even match Super Namekian Piccolo in all-out brawl. Heck, I'd say SSJ Trunks & Goten would volleyball Kibito's ass. No joke.
