So i mentioned a thing about recurring villains in the dragon ball franchise who appear in multiple arcs,movies,and games.

in the main series here we have

the Red Ribbon Army,Tao,Shen,Ginyu,and Frieza.
Even those who started off as villains who eventually turned good, The Pilaf Gang,Piccolo,Vegeta,the androids (16,17,and 18),Majin Buu both the Fat Buu,super broly,and Uub the reincarnation of Kid Buu.

Among Movie villains there is Cooler and z broly who had more movies than the others.

z Filler and GT had some recurring foeslike garlic jr and Myu, but in super frieza had become the most recurring villain for better and worse with two new transformations because of his popularity in japan at this point is unlikely to be permanently killed off.Red Ribbon army also shows up in super and Cell had a clone called Cell Max but it depends of you count that or not.

There is also the super dragon ball heroes fanserivce promotional anime and manga who had some recurring villains like fu,the demon realm,and Cumber even the villains of other series.

the Video games are mostly retellings with a few expectations like xenoverse and heroes with their original villains like towa and mira.

We had many new arc villains who show up in video games too with original stories.
