Since Toei Animation is not doing it... this group of fans started to work on it. There is now a Latam Spanish Broadcast Audio, achieved by using Pulse-code modulation (PCM) from laser dics fan recordings to recover the best Audio Quality possible. The company in charge of DB dub went out of business and destroyed the Latam Dub work. It took 23 years to come out with this. By contacting DB fans and by the love for Dragon Ball it was possible. So far all videos are in spanish but Mario Castañeda ( Latin America Goku's voice) supports the project and you may watch the video where they tell the story here.

They have videos comparing the Video remasters Funanimation 16 mm HD version is granulated so they would need to eliminate those plus doing a color revision. Also the HD versions of DB are adjusted to wide screen HD the 2011 version and the 30th edition in 2019. AB group is using AI to remaster original DB.
