Well, the director was signed on to make a live-action Naruto.

Who knows how well that can go?
If it is well received, expect to see threads here titled "Does the success of the Naruto live action movie prove Dragon Ball can work in live action" or something along those lines and the same mixed responses from people who feel strongly for or against the idea.
