I decided on my current avatar because I thought Aka was a cool character.

I got it by ripping the JUMP special, marking off the scene I wanted, exporting the frames as individual image files, importing them into a Photoshop animation, setting the duration of each frame to match the frame rate, and exporting as a GIF. :)

According to the image properties, 417.06 KB. It's not small by any means, but considering the fluidity and the color depth of the animation, it's actually pretty tightly compacted! Even the smallest gif animations can take up a lot more space--usually at least a megabyte or more.

I am now on my 9th avatar. I'm getting pretty bad....

I decided to do another Lala-Ru avatar. It's from a fan art of her, and this expression is actually uncharacteristic of her. She is actually a very stoic character. She is my favorite character from Now and Then, Here and There, which is my second favorite anime of all time, next to the Dragon Ball series of course. :)

Not much of a story behind it. I think these type of reaction scenes are funny, so I made an avatar from one.
