Dragonball Z on the DS?

I was just wondering if anyone had any information on the Dragonball Z games that are supposed to be released on the DS in the future. Gamespot has a list of developers who have signed on for the DS. Bandai and Banpresto are listed and both have "Dragonball Z" down as games they will be making. Also would these be Japanese only games as Atari does have the right to Dragonball Z games in most English speaking countries.
